Damon K. Jones is an award-winning publisher, author, media personality, and community advocate dedicated to informing, educating, and empowering individuals through journalism, faith, health education, and civic engagement.
As Co-Founder and Publisher of Black Westchester Magazine, Damon has spent years amplifying community voices, investigating issues that impact Black America, and providing a platform for meaningful conversations on politics, economics, health, family, and culture.
A 33-year law enforcement veteran, Damon brings a unique perspective to public policy, community relations, leadership, and social issues. His commitment to service extends beyond journalism through his work as a Couples and Family Therapy Coach, Relationship Psychology Practitioner, Holistic Health Practitioner, Mental Health First Aid Practitioner, and Nutrition Coach.
Damon is the host of The Publisher’s Desk, The Morning Cheat Code, Think for Yourself Friday, and Meatless Mondays, where he challenges audiences to think critically, live intentionally, strengthen their faith, improve their health, and build stronger families and communities.
As an author and speaker, Damon focuses on faith, leadership, health, economic empowerment, personal development, and community transformation. His mission is to help people move from information to action by providing practical tools for growth, ownership, accountability, and success.
Through publishing, coaching, public speaking, and community advocacy, Damon continues to inspire others to think for themselves, pursue truth, and create lasting change in their lives and communities.
